Helping Minnesota Families Navigate Divorce with Clarity, Structure, and Compassion

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

Life brings difficult seasons, and during those times it can be hard to think clearly or know what steps to take next. Divorce, in particular, can be one of the most overwhelming, emotional, and costly experiences a family faces.

As a Minnesota divorce coach and mediator, I provide divorce coaching and mediation services to individuals and couples who want a more thoughtful, lower-conflict approach to divorce.

As someone who has personally gone through divorce with two young children, I understand how heavy this process can feel. Even when you are the one initiating the process, it can still come with uncertainty, loss, and self-doubt.

I am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, Certified Transition and Recovery Coach®, and a qualified neutral under Minnesota Rule 114. I do not advocate for divorce, but I recognize that when divorce is part of your path, the way you move through it matters.

I’ve combined my lifelong passion for helping others with my professional training to support individuals and families across Minnesota. My goal is to help you navigate the divorce process with clarity, reduce unnecessary conflict, and create a strong foundation for your future—especially when children are involved.

I work with individuals throughout Minnesota who want to reduce conflict, stay out of court when possible, and move through divorce with clarity, structure, and support.

About Bridget Leschinsky – Minnesota Divorce Coach & Mediator

Helping Minnesota Families Navigate Divorce with Clarity and Compassion

Hi, I’m glad you are here.

We all go through difficult times in life and it can be hard to think clearly or know our next steps. Going through a divorce can be one of the most traumatic and costly experiences. As someone who went through divorce, with two small children, I know divorce is an overwhelming process and hard on the whole family. Even if you initiate the paperwork, you can feel like a failure.

As a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, CDC Certified Transition and Recovery Coach® and Family Mediator, I do not advocate for divorce, but the reality is divorce happens. I decided to utilize my lifelong passion for helping others along with my professional training to guide people through the chaos of divorce. My main goal is to encourage families to be their best selves throughout the divorce process in order to minimize the negative effects on the children and be able to co-parent successfully after the divorce.

I work with individuals who are thinking about divorce, going through a divorce, or transition and healing after a divorce.
